1910 Data Device

Provides
STU-III data security in a product specifically designed to support dial-up
data applications such as secure bulletin boards or secure remote access.
Provides
secure data transmission at speeds of 14.4 kbps. By using V.42bis Data
Compression, users can transmit information of up to 38.4 kbps over public-
or government-switched telephone networks.
Supports
classified digital fax transmissions, E-mail, and commputer communications
using an analog line.

future secure terminal equipment (STE).
Uses
error correction to ensure reliable data transmissions.
The
Surity 1910 can be remotely controlled from
any fax, PC or computer that is connected to its RS-232 data port. Remote
commands are based on the Hayes SmartModem 2400 command set. Allows users
to remotely control the 1910 with an attached computer using an enhanced
AT command set or attached a single telephone for clear voice coordination.
